Lindsay Aragón joined the law firm Finlayson Williams Toffer Roosevelt & Lilly LLP as an associate in July 2011 after practicing for four years in the Orange County Office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP

Ms. Aragon's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including general contract and tort disputes, patent infringement disputes, wrongful termination and whistleblower actions, securities class actions and other commercial disputes. Ms. Aragón has experience representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She has represented clients in several industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transportation, high-tech manufacturing and real estate development. A representative sample of Ms. Aragon’s experience is as follows:
- Represented a large healthcare system in arbitration proceedings involving whistleblower claims, resulting in a no-cost settlement for the client.
- Represented a pharmaceutical client in patent infringement suits against generic pharmaceutical companies seeking to enter the market for patented glaucoma and eyelash growth treatments.
- Represented a real estate developer in arbitration proceedings involving claims for declaratory relief, resulting in a judgment for the client and an award for one million dollars in attorneys’ fees.

Mrs. Aragón received her law degree cum laude in 2007 from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola Law Review. She graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego.
